San Juan Counseling is seeking a qualified Behavioral Health Clinical Director. JOB DESCRIPTION: The Clinical Director leads all clinical programming and strategies aimed at meeting clinical benchmarks for quality and productivity, ensuring proper client care is being provided in accordance with all clinical program contracts. The Clinical Director oversees ongoing clinical staff development and collaborates with their team of Clinical Program Managers in program planning. The Clinical Director is accountable for setting the clinical vision for the organization and the implementation of innovative and new clinical programming. Duties include establishing and supervising all clinical service protocols and practices; supervision, coaching and mentoring of all clinical staff; and collaboration with partners, payers, and providers. QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE, OTHER REQUIREMENTS: 1. Master's degree in social work, psychology, counseling, or other related human service field equivalent is required. 2. Licensed in Utah as a Clinical Social Worker or Counselor or equivalent. 3. Experience in the field of public behavioral health or community program development, with experience in an integrated healthcare setting, with coordination of substance use, mental health, and physical health treatment, preferred. 4. Must pass the State's Background Criminal Investigation (BCI) which includes digital fingerprint clearance prior to start of employment.
