Registered Nurse (RN) - PACU/Recovery: PRN II requires 4 shifts per 4 week schedule (additional pay incentive) Provides direct and indirect patient care in the surgical setting. Communicates with physicians about changes in patient's clinical condition including hemodynamic monitoring, results of diagnostic studies and symptomatology. Is able to respond quickly and accurately to changes in condition or response to treatment. Additionally, is able to perform general nursing duties in all departments with adequate supervision. Participates in process improvement and PI activities. Lone Peak Hospital is a 30-bed hospital on the Lone Peak Medical Campus. Qualifications Minimum Qualifications: Education: Graduate of an accredited school of Nursing. Experience: One (1) to two (2) years of recent surgical care experience preferred. Licensure/Certifications: * Current Utah Registered Nurse License or RN Compact license (required). * CurrentAmerican Red Cross or American Heart Association Basic Life Support Course (BLS or BCLS) and Certification within 30 days of hire. * American Red Cross or American Heart Association Basic Life Support Course (ACLS) and Certification within1 year of hire. * American Red Cross or American Heart Association Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) Course and Certification within 1 year of hire.
