Intermountain Healthcare Child Development Ctr Manager - McKay-Dee Hospital in Ogden, Utah

Job Description:

Ensure compliance to all state licensing standards for child care centers.

Oversee and conduct day to day operations to ensure safety, quality, parent satisfaction, efficient business operations, access and growth, and caregiver engagement. Provide for parent and staff education that supports high quality early childhood education and care. Demonstrate Intermountain leadership competencies.

Minimum Qualifications

Associates Degree in Early Childhood Education (obtained through an accredited institution).

  • or -

Child Development Associate (CDA)

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education, obtained through an accredited institution.

Current Food Handlers Permit.

Physical Requirements:

Interact with others requiring the employee to communicate information.

Operate computers and other office equipment requiring the ability to move fingers and hands.

  • and -

See and read computer monitors and documents.

  • and -

Remain sitting or standing for long periods of time to perform work on a computer, telephone, or other equipment.
