Clinical Liaison Acute Rehab Center This position is accountable to the program director of the rehabilitation program. The main job duties are to respond to and carry out pre-admission screenings for patients referred to the rehab program and to develop and implement a referral development program as a means to promote the features and benefits of the rehab program to patients, families and the community. The amount of time spent performing either task will vary based on volume of activity.

- Current Utah RN license or RN license in a Compact state required.
- Graduation from an accredited Registered Nursing program, BSN preferred.
- Must have a minimum of two years of clinical experience in which clinical expertise and strong interpersonal skills have been demonstrated; experience in rehab settings is preferred.
- Ability to comprehensively review a medical record for rehab medical necessity ; consistently applied organizational skills; results oriented; independently goal directed; able to multi-task; able to communicate well with many diverse audiencesprofessional and lay; able to meet established timeframes; general customer service skills; able to work independently; able to pass both the FIM competency and pre-admission screening competency ; experience with computer and other electronic data entry devices; must have valid driver’s license.
