Position: Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant

Department: Family Medicine

Location: Provo

Description: Revere Health Provo Family Medicine has an exciting opportunity for a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant who is driven and wants to be part of a dynamic care team providing excellent medical care to patients.

  • Provides direct clinical services

  • Examines patients, performs comprehensive physical examinations and preventative care.

  • Compiles and documents medical findings.

  • Orders and interprets diagnostic and laboratory test.

  • Follows through on patients questions and concerns.

Qualifications:

  • Successful completion of National Certification as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant.

  • Must be a licensed Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant or licensure eligible in the State of Utah.

  • Utah State prescriptive privileges or ability to obtain DEA number Strong clinical and interpersonal skills, ability to lead and direct work of others, friendly and a positive attitude. .

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Excellent patient assessment and care skills are required.

  • Prior experience practicing as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant would be preferred, but is not required

  • Ability to speak Spanish would also be preferred

  • Full time Monday thru Friday 8 am to 5 pm
