Position: Receptionist


Location: Provo


  • 2 years or more of customer service experience preferred.

  • Must be great with people, with the ability to interact with a lot of different personalities.

  • Must be friendly and outgoing and have a go-with-it attitude.

  • Candidate will need strong communications skills, with the ability to work in a very busy, fast-paced environment.

  • Excellent computer and documentation skills experience preferred.

Description: This is a great opportunity for motivated individuals to work in a fast-paced Cardiology office! We provide excellent care and treatment for a large volume of patients in all of Utah County.

Some of the job duties include:

  • Being able to maintain an efficient workflow while checking in patients, scheduling appointments, putting in orders, faxing, updating patient charts, answering phone calls and other duties as assigned.

  • The ideal candidate will be able to work in a busy environment and be detail-oriented and efficient.

  • They will be reliable, a self-starter and be able to work independently.

  • Be a team player and work well with staff members.


  • Monday - Friday, between the hours of 7:30 am - 5:00 pm

  • 40 hours per week
