CRAssociates is looking for an enthusiastic full-time Registered Nurse to join our team at the Roosevelt VA clinic in Roosevelt! Registered Nurse Responsibilities: * Educate patients and families regarding resources, wellness, promotion, etc.* Diagnose and treat a patient's unique responses to diagnosed health problems* Perform health assessments* Execute medical regimens as prescribed by physicians, dentists, nurse practitioners, etc.* Perform comprehensive bio-psycho-social assessments* Document all patient service in EMR* Perform necessary triage functions* Utilize Vista/CPRS to schedule patient appointments* Other duties as assigned* Develop and coordinate patient education programs* Serve as liaison among nursing staff and providers to improve the clinical experience for patient, staff, and provider* Other duties as assigned Registered Nurse Qualifications: * Primary Care preferred* Registered Nurse holding on of the following degrees: A Baccalaureate Degree in Nursing, a Bachelor of Science in Nursing, a Master's Degree in Nursing, or an Associate Degree in Nursing.
