The Pediatric Cardiology Division in the University of Utah School of Medicine has an immediate opening for a Nurse Navigator-Clinical Nurse Coordinator. We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse who can multitask, coordinate efforts among many cross-functional teams, and educate, advocate, and navigate pediatric cardiology patients and families through our medical system. We are looking for someone with an interest in cardiology that can work in a fast-paced environment while still providing quality care to pediatric patients. The incumbent will coordinate care for patients seen in pediatric cardiology clinics as well as act as the central point of contact between outside providers and the division to help move forward planned electrophysiology and catheterization procedures.
