Navigators achieve this goal by buildingrelationships with patients and physicians, coordinating the plan of care,assisting with appointments, transportation needs, education, resourceprovision and-or representation within the multidisciplinary careenvironment. The RN Navigator also assumes responsibility andaccountability for the management of resources to achieve efficient, high-qualityoutcomes for cancer patients, including support with interdisciplinary andcross-facility coverage and collaboration.The Full-Time RN Navigator is going to serve the Women's Health population (breast and GYN).We are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity at our company.
