Position Description: The Critical Care Float Pool RN works in the critical care areas (ICU, NICU, PCU and ED) 75% of the time. The Critical Care Float pool RNprovides direct nursing care in accordance with established policies, procedures and protocols of the healthcare organization. Qualifications Minimum Requirements: Education: * Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing. Experience: * Two (2) years previous ICU, PCU or Emergency Department Nursing experience required. Licensure/Certifications: * UtahRN License in this state (required) or RN compact license from participating compact states.* Maintains current American Red Cross or American Heart Association Basic Life Support Course (BLS or BCLS) and Certification required.* American Red Cross or American Heart Association Basic Life Support Course (ACLS) and Certification certification required.
