About our NICU:The state of Utah hasdesignated the 32-bed NICU at St. Mark's Hospital as a Level III Unit. Thismeans that we have both the expertise and state-of-the-art technology todeliver excellent care to newborns as young as 26 weeks gestation age. Job DescriptionUnder the generaldirection of the Director, independently provides holistic, individualizedcare using the nursing process for patients routinely seen on the unit.Demonstrates clinical competency, nursing judgment, teaching skills, and acommitment to improving the quality of patient care. Independentlyperforms general and unitspecific clinical skills. Contributes to the St.Mark's HospitalDepartment of Nursingand the nursing profession in a positive manner.
