Job Description

This role is full time Telework, all locations considered although CA licensure preferred

This position will coordinate, plan and implement quality initiatives for the clinical pharmacy team supporting Medicare STARS

-Oversee clinical pharmacy programs

-Coordinate strategies for increasing adherence

-Utilize motivational interviewing and health coaching to impact member behavior

-Work collaboratively with leadership and management to strengthen business processes

-Ensure effective collaboration with physicians, nurses and other healthcare partners to support clinical programs

Fundamental Components included but are not limited to:

Qualifications Requirements and Preferences:

2+ years of clinical pharmacy experience required.

Current unrestricted state license required.

Bachelor's degree or Pharm.D from an accredited school of pharmacy required.

Bilingual in English / Spanish preferred

Managed care experience is preferred

Licenses/Certifications:

Pharmacy - Licensed Pharmacist, Pharmacy - Registered Pharmacist

Functional Skills:

Customer Service - Customer Service - Pharmacy, Medical Management - Medical Management - Pharmacy

Technology Experience:

Desktop Tool - Microsoft Outlook, Desktop Tool - Microsoft PowerPoint, Desktop Tool - Microsoft Word, Desktop Tool - TE Microsoft Excel

Required Skills:

Managed care experience preferred.
